TO DISCOVER, TASTE AND LEARN

This real voyage of discovery - from 11 am to midnight - will include pavilions with a wide range of wines from producers and merchants that shows the diversity of Bordeaux and the Aquitaine region – some 80 appellations –as well as fine local foods. This year, as usual, the key of celebration is the Tasting Pass.

Education is one of the keys to discovering and understanding the wines of Bordeaux thanks to enjoyable and interactive workshops including tastings, aroma tests and games.

BORDEAUX MUSIC FESTIVAL

The Place des Quinconces will be transformed into a giant auditorium with some 5000 seats for three performances. This Bordeaux Music Festival will encompass music from around the world, from jazz to classical ! Stacey Kent, the Orchestre National de Bordeaux Aquitaine and the amazing american jazz singer Dianne Reeves will perform on this beautiful auditorium.

SOUND AND LIGHT SHOW
with unforgettable projections

Every evening, the Bordeaux Wine Festival will feature an audiovisual show projected on the facades of the Palais de la Bourse.

The subject of this sound and light show will be : "The world loves bordeaux, Bordeaux loves the world"

FIREWORKS ON 4 EVENINGS

From 11.30 pm to midnight, a firework display over the Garonne River will be accompanied by various musical performances.
This year, four countries will be guess of honour for this firework display : United States of America, Australia, Spain and, of course, France !
